This is why God calls us to take our thoughts captive to obey him and to be transformed by renewing our minds and to think on things that are lovely, excellent, and praise worthy. Most of the time we let our minds run free with thoughts that are the opposite and we create lives that we do not enjoy. I teach practical tools that bring about mindset renewal and foster transformation.

We create our OWN emotions by our thoughts! We are not powerless to change how we feel and how we feel is not created by our circumstances or how others behave. My Life Coaching techniques will equip you to feel your feelings, to take responsibility for yourself, and to learn to generate emotions that move you forward to experience all of life. I help you learn to have a willingness to feel all of your emotions and to move through them instead of getting stuck in them or reacting in ways that do not serve you.
Restore Your Relationships & Revive Intimacy
Relationships depend on YOU not on other people. You get to decide how you relate to other people no matter how they act. This is good news because you do not ever have to wait for someone else to change in order for you to create connection with them. I love teaching my clients to live from the highest version of themselves and to see others as the highest version of themselves. When we show up from a place of love and acceptance, it changes everything.
Intimacy can be a source of dread and frustration and hurt. I will walk with you as we take an honest look at the story you believe about intimacy and learn to create a new, life giving story. This can feel impossible, but God can do anything. We just have to believe him for it.
My Approach
My approach is one to one coaching founded on Biblical principles. Romans 12:2 says to be transformed by the renewing of your minds. If you want a life of transformation, your mind must change. Instead of being conformed to what the world says, you must be transformed by what God says. We spend an enormous amount of our time living in our old self, our false self which does not produce the kind of abundant life God has for us. A new life cannot be created with the same thoughts you have been thinking. Through love, support, compassion, accountability, and grace, I will equip you with the tools you need to overcome your spiraling thoughts and live a victorious Christian life.
